About Us

FLY's company ethos is to deliver good music for good people in great locations. We showcase cutting edge music in some of the world's most breath-taking festival sites, as well as delivering clubs and concerts across Scotland.

We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious videographers to join our festival team on a freelance basis.

This opportunity would suit an experienced videographer with a passion for electronic music who is seeking experience for a career in the festival and events industry. The ideal candidate would know social media best practices & have an eye for capturing and creating engaging videos while being in the know with current trends & editing styles. This includes the ability to deliver content during the show for social media use.

The role will require you to be on site for ½ a day pre-show, w/c September 11th, alongside two days during our show from 16-17 September.

Role: Freelance Videographer

Responsibilities

• Working on site at our festivals, supporting the media team
• Creating on-brand content 
• Capturing high-energy key moments
• Capturing content of all DJs
• Creating on-brand aftermovies
• Filming DJ sets

Ideal Requirements

• Based in Edinburgh/Glasgow
• File organisation skills [ideally via Dropbox]
• Experience editing full-length DJ sets for YouTube streams
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (instagram, tiktok, twitter etc)
• Driving licence and access to a car
• Experience working or volunteering at events/festivals
