FLY FUNDAMENTALS

A good team builds a great party, and that includes participation from everyone - you, us, and all those involved in the making of FLY.

Come with a good attitude and an open mind. FLY is a place for celebrating the dance music community, and we want everyone to have a great time- regardless of gender & gender expression, race, religion & beliefs, ability or physical appearance.

The main goal for FLY is to create a sanctuary for escapism, soundtracked by the best acts in electronic music. In order for everyone to indulge in this, we must all follow the FLY Fundamentals. We cannot control how others act, but we can control how we act - FLY will continue to demonstrate a zero-tolerance attitude towards abuse or harassment of any kind.

  1. RESPECT

FLY Open Air is a weekend of shared collective experience. Everyone is welcome at FLY, therefore treating everyone with respect is mandatory.

  1. CARE

Treat yourself & your peers with compassion. If you suspect that someone is in a vulnerable situation, think of how you can help.

  1. AWARENESS

We’re all here to celebrate our community - know your limits & how your actions could impact others.

  1. SPEAK UP

Speak up - our dedicated Welfare team is here to keep you safe. If you see something that’s not right, don’t be a bystander - report it.
