Please make sure you arrive early and allow time for any queues to ensure you make the last entry.
TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT
The best way to travel to the event is by public transport. The nearest tram stop is Murrayfield Stadium. If you are travelling by taxi to the event, you will be dropped off on Costorphine Road which is a short walk to the arena.
Please note, there is no on-site parking at FLY Warehouse.
ENTRY
• Valid photo ID [Passport and Driving License only] is required for entry [18+ only & Challenge 25]
• Strictly no re-entry (throughout the event).
• Cashless site - contactless / chip & pin only.
ADMISSION AND DRUGS POLICY
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, regardless of whether you have a ticket.
We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs and other illegal substances. All guests will be subject to a search on entry, there will be drug detection dogs in operation and CCTV on site. We will refuse entry to anyone found in possession of these substances and anyone found with these will be passed to Police Scotland who will be working on site at the event. Police Scotland have advised that zero tolerance means action will be taken if people are found to be in possession of drugs, and any amount.
The event works closely with Police Scotland and has a zero-tolerance policy to anti-social, aggressive, homophobic, sexist & racist behaviour. This could result in you being ejected from the event and possible police action.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Bars will close 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
When leaving the event, please leave quietly to avoid disturbing our local residents. Taxi pick up point will be on Costorphine Road, accessed via leaving through the main entrance, over the Loverose Way bridge and through Riversdale Crescent.
Please take extra care of your belongings - pickpockets do operate at music events. Lost property will be located at the Merchandise & Info Stand. Please note the event does not take responsibility for any personal property during the event, any lost property will be handed in to the merchandise stand - if not collected during the event it will be sent to Fettes Police Station. If you have a query regarding lost property email events@flyevents.co.uk and we will check our records, if your lost property has been handed to the police it will be available to collect from 2pm on Wednesday 21st of May.

MEDICAL AND WELFARE
We have a dedicated team to assist at any time. If you feel unwell and need assistance please head to the medical room or speak to any member of staff. Welfare staff are on hand to help and will be roaming around the event, look out for them!
THE LOOP HARM REDUCTION
The Loop will be at FLY Warehouse offering harm reduction advice on drugs and alcohol. Visit them in the Iceberg Cafe Chill Out Area for non-judgemental, anonymous and factual information and conversations on drugs. You can ask any questions you like.
We highly recommend following The Loop and checking out the Be Sound website for the latest Scotland harm reduction advice. Loads of info and guidance on how to enjoy your night and also keep safe!

We have partnered with Strut Safe to ensure you are safe on your journey home, they operate a free-phone line staffed by volunteers who will stay on the phone with you if you are walking home alone. If you wish to bring an empty plastic bottle or container for drinking water, this is encouraged and permitted.
FLY is a non-discriminatory organisation and is committed to ensuring all persons can attend and enjoy events.
To this end, wheelchair users will be provided with an access information pack [requested via the email below] which will include an accessibility arena map which shows the locations of ramped points to get on and off the“ice rink”to access entertainment, toilets and refreshments. Ramps will be provided at the locations shown on the map which will allow wheelchair users to gain access to all parts of the arena [other than the VIP area which is up stairs].
In the event of an evacuation, for any reason, wheelchair users will be able to use these ramps for egress and will be in the normal evacuation network. Gate staff and security staff will be briefed regarding accessibility for customers and stewards are deployed throughout the venue and can assist.
