Role: Show Representative / Event Rep
Type: Freelance
Pay: £30 per hour
Hours: Approx. 10:00pm – 3:00am (event nights) + 2hrs either side for advance/post event media

Overview

We are looking for a Show Rep to oversee and manage our club events on the night. This role acts as the on-the-ground representative for our brand, ensuring promoter operations run smoothly, artists are supported, and the event delivers a great experience for the audience.

You’ll be the key point of contact between the promoter, venue, artists, and tour managers while also helping capture and share moments from the night for our social media pages.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event (Advance)

  • Liaise with the venue, tour manager, and artists in advance of the show to confirm key operational details.
  • Ensure event timings, artist arrivals, and technical requirements are aligned.
  • Coordinate with venue staff on ticketing, guestlist, artist accessand promoter requirements.

Event Night Operations

  • Represent the brand on-site during the event (approx. 10pm–3am).
  • Manage promoter-side operations including guestlist and artist hospitality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for artists, tour managers, and venue staff.
  • Ensure smooth running of the night in line with agreed schedules.
  • Problem-solve any issues that arise during the event.

Content & Social Media

  • Capture 3-4 short video/photo content opportunities during the event for our social pages.
  • Post approved content to brand social channels during the night where appropriate.
  • Provide additional content for post-show for recap posts from our on site media photo/video teams.

Post-Event

  • Provide a brief recap to the team highlighting attendance, atmosphere and any additional cost updates or operational notes.

Requirements

  • Experience working in nightlife, hospitality, music events, or promoter environments.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Confident dealing with artists, tour managers, and venue teams.
  • Comfortable working late-night club hours.
  • Basic ability to capture usable social media content (phone is fine).
  • Reliable, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused.
  • Valid driving licence with access to a car.

Contract

  • Freelance position
  • Paid £30 per hour + mileage expenses where required
  • Typical shift: 10pm – 3am + 2hrs either side for advancing / post event media.
  • Work available across our club events programme.
