Back in September, we had the pleasure of being called up to Radio 1 Dance presents. Armed with our stealthy resident roster, 4 stellar mixes were aired by Gav Miller & Jezz Simpson, Big Miz, Hayley Zalassi and LF System - hosted by our very own Emjanero.

Gav Miller & Jezz Simpson went b2b to kick off the first week of the series. FLY Residents since day 1, this duo have kept the party jumping for the last 9 years - from Open Air to a weekly residents in FLY CLUB. They brought an hour of peak time, driving house music with 90s influences to their mix.

Next up, Hayley Zalassi took to the airwaves. Hayley joined our resident roster last year, and has since been rising up the ranks - appearing on festival billings across the country, from FLY Open Air to Creamfields, and will be taking to the renowned Warehouse Project this November alongside heavyweights such as Camelphat & Kölsch. We're incredibly proud of what Hayley has achieved, and we loved showcasing her talents on one of the UKs biggest dance platforms.

Joining the FLY fold in 2016, Miz knows how to fill a room - Big Miz brought a cross blend of genres from energetic house, disco grooves to techno infusions. His multifaceted approach to music is reflected in his slick production skills and mixing abilities and can be heard in his mix for Radio 1 featuring exclusive unreleased tracks.

Finally, LF SYSTEM , our residents who have become renowned for their high energy sets & disco infused productions. This summer, their track “Afraid to Feel” became a viral anthem across the internet & the airwaves - ranking them 8 weeks at number 1 in the Official UK Charts. They truly brought a taste of the LF experience to BBC Radio 1 - with their mix featuring their new single “Hungry (For Love)”.
